PentHouse Report ("the App") is a free river safety and lifestyle application developed by SteamBoat Studios.

Information We Collect

The App does not collect, store, or share any personal information from users. The App does not require account registration or login.

Location Data

The App uses a fixed location (Osage City, Missouri) for all weather, river, and astronomical data. The App does not request, access, or store your device's GPS location.

Notifications

If you enable push notifications, your device token is stored locally on your device only and is not transmitted to any server operated by SteamBoat Studios.

Third Party Services

The App retrieves publicly available data from the following free government and open source services:

• NOAA National Weather Service (weather.gov)
• USGS National Water Information System (waterdata.usgs.gov)
• Open-Meteo (open-meteo.com)
• WhereTheISS (wheretheiss.at)

These services are subject to their own privacy policies. No user data is shared with these services beyond standard API requests.

Analytics

The App does not use any analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs. No usage data is collected or transmitted.

Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13 years of age.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted at this URL.
